We booked a two-day tour to go to the Great Ocean Road and Phillip Island. Leo is a very responsible tour guide who is very punctual for pickups. He will explain the best viewing locations for the Penguin Parade. This was the same for the Puffing Billy, where we got on the train early to get the best seats. The itinerary was very packed, and the older members of our group were satisfied.

KK2’s itinerary was very fulfilling. In the morning, we took a steam train, then went to the zoo to see kangaroos, and finally to Phillip Island to see penguins. Travelling alone, I was initially worried about language barriers or communication issues, however, the email communication before the trip was smooth and fast. During the trip, Leo proactively helped everyone take photos and managed the schedule very well. Unfortunately, we didn't spot any koalas, but overall, the experience was perfect.

The entire itinerary was very well planned, and every attraction was exciting. A special mention has to be made for the steam train and little penguins returning to their nests. The itinerary rich, the scenic spots beautiful, the bus comfortable, and the air-conditioning just right. But the most important thing was the tour guide Leo, who took great care of everyone on the bus. He took us to the most authentic places to get photos, and he also had the initiative to be our photographer and videographer. He took us to eat delicious and affordable food, such as pies and fish and chips. The most surprising thing was the Penguin Parade, where he brought us to a spot to watch the penguins up close, without needing to pay extra. Today's itinerary and satisfaction was 100+ points. Leo’s itinerary was very fulfilling. In the morning, we took a steam train and were able to sit on the ledge, which was very fun. After lunch, we visited the zoo and saw kangaroos- so exciting! Then we went to Penguin Island, where the scenery was beautiful, and we took many photos. Overall, we are extremely satisfied. Joining this KK Melbourne trip was well worth it! The guide was attentive and considerate, taking beautiful photos for us at scenic spots, and also made sure to stop occasionally during long drives so that we could stretch our legs.
